A person can contribute no more than $4,000 to one Maryland state campaign account and a total of $10,000 to all Maryland non-federal campaign accounts during the four year cycle, including in-kind contributions. The current cycle began on January 1, 2003 and will end December 31, 2006. A person may not make a contribution of money in excess of $100 except by check or credit card.
